Terms & Conditions

· Commissions are for personal use only (profile picture, gift, wallpaper). Making prints is allowed as long as it's for personal use and no profit is being made.

· Payment is full and upfront in USD through PayPal on the goods & services option.

· Payments for larger commissions can be negotiated to payment half upfront/half after the first revision of the sketch.

· Commissions for commercial use have a different pricing (commercial use meaning for example illustrations for stickers or any kind of way my art will be distributed to profit from)

· Additional character, background and extra details' fee can be discussed depending on the complexity of your request.

· Additional fees may apply for the printing rights and I'll be sending you the proper version for printing with the adequate color profile edition for this purpose.

· Character design from text description with no image reference will result in an additional design fee starting with 10USD.

· Revisions are limited to only three (3) times. This includes during the initial sketching process and before the final coloring process. anything other than that, will require extra payment.

· Client is allowed to post the final piece with watermark.

· I have the right to decline a commission request if it doesn't fit my criteria or if it's out of my skill. In any case I'll let you know.

· If you have an urgent request with a tight schedule a fee will apply given that I'll try to meet your deadline.

· The final piece will be sent via Drive in .jpg and transparent version if applicable. After the final piece is sent any changes or revisions will have a fee.

· Tips are accepted via Ko-fi or as part of the invoice.

· No refunds are allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTES!

- The time in which your final piece will be completed depends entirely of the workload and my commissions schedule.

- Commissions can take as long as a month to be finished.

- Please remain open to constant communication throughout the process, if you have any question don't hesitate asking.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Slots open every month and depending on the work load the amount of slots that will open. Send me a DM to check the availability. I usually take slots weekly to keep the work organized.

Everything is discussed mostly through direct message to have a closer communication over the type of work you want.

1.- Fill in the commissions form (linked at the end of this page), try to be descriptive with your prompt. Any kind of visual reference is greatly appreciated, if you have a doodle of what you'd like me to draw feel free to send it my way, any reference photos for hairstyle, pose, clothing, facial expression and so on are very welcome.

2.- Depending on the specifics of your commission the pricing will be discussed through your specified medium of contact and once we reach an agreement I'll request your PayPal email to elaborate the custom invoice.

3.- Shortly after I'll elaborate the invoice and send it through PayPal. If you don't get the notification I also message you the personalized link.

4.- After the payment is fulfilled let me know through a message and your order can be considered as placed, only up to this point your slot is secured.

5.- I'll schedule your revisions and I'll inform you about them.
